Who you are hiring
Zahir Painting LLC is run by Osman Zahir. When you call the number on this site, he is the one who answers, the one who comes out to look at the job, and the one on site while it is being done. There is no dispatcher and no sales team in between.
How we work
We take on a manageable number of jobs at a time so each one gets finished properly instead of being juggled. That means we are sometimes booked a couple of weeks out — but it also means that once we start on your house, we stay on it until it is done.
Residential and commercial
Most weeks that means repainting a family home, refinishing a front door, or staining a deck before the summer. We also work on commercial buildings and new construction, priming and finishing structures before handover.
English and Spanish
Osman works in both. Call, text or WhatsApp in whichever language is easier for you — it makes no difference to the quote.

On-site stripping, staining and sealing.

Washed, stained or refinished to last through the season.
